little guy

this little guy is nearly impossible to get to sit still without a tranquilizer dart, (don't worry I didn't use it to sketch these), but I finally got him to semi sit still for a minute or two at a time. even in his sleep he moves around a bunch. he is great practice to just move as fast as my hand and eyes can go to get something down. our pitbull Mika is a lot more relaxed, she just chills and sleeps most of the time, but Miles here is the opposite. all in all, our dogs are awesome, and we are blessed to have them as companionship.

painting I finished showing the craziness of people sometimes, and how interesting they can be when they are left to their own imagination. we all can learn by knocking our "adult" walls down and becoming childlike and having fun.

Off to my cousin's wedding right now, been a great week so far since I was laid off, I must say i am much happier enjoying the opportunities that have presented themselves so far.

this week got hectic, lots of craziness. traffic, work schedules all messed up, nyc was in flux as were peoples navigation patterns. pretty unusual when walls collapse rihgt after being deemed ok and safe. let's hope their are enough band aids in nyc to hold up the rest of the decaying walls.
